Includes adjustment to the truss rod, action (string height), nut height, saddle radius, intonation, tremolo or stop tail (where possible/needed), as well as a standard clean and electronics service. Where adjustable, intonation is set using an extremely precise, Peterson 490 strobe tuner.

Fretwork

Fret levels and refrets include a setup in the price.

Refrets include a levelling of the fretboard (where possible) and a fret level where possible.

A new nut may be required after a refret, this is at extra cost.

All levelling work is carried out on a Stewmac neck jig.

All nuts and saddles are hand-carved, in-house from bone unless requested otherwise.

All work subject to a £50 deposit apart from restrings. Work requiring parts over £50 will need to pay for parts cost first.

Items not collected within 14 days of completion will incur a storage fee of £2 a day until collected.
